The picture seems to be a little dark and the old lady looks could look a little sharper. She is definately more than a little strange looking!
 
I think it would look more interesting in B&W. I'll download and try it.....

The composition is all wrong. As she is moving from right to left she needs to be in the right hand side of the frame. If theres no way of altering it then bin it and better luck next time.

And her foot has been cut off! Cant believe noone mentioned that :D
 
She looks like a really interesting person, but I don't think the shot quite comes off. Pity about all the blue in the background too - it's distracting.
