Hi,

Does anyone know if any of these come with a grid attachment. Had a look at all the usual suspects, Lencarta, Pixapro etc and none of them have a grid.
Must have an elinchrom fit.

If you look at the websites it's clear that both Lencarta and Pixapro ones come complete with a 4cm Honeycomb grid.
The beauty dishes however are not identical, the Pixapro ones only have 8 supporting rods, which doesn't control the light direction and distribution anywhere near as well as the Lencarta ones, which have 16 supporting rods. The Lencarta diffusers are also much better (for use in softbox mode) but they have the same honeycomb.
 
I've go a Lencarta one and it is very good in use, better than my smaller 16" solid metal dish.

My pixapro one has a grid. Came with diffuser and grid, I just never used it.
 
Ended up getting a white 60cm Lencarta one and quite pleased with it. The grid works just fine in the small space I have to work in.
