A sunset at Portencross tonight with Little Cumbrae Island in the background and a faint Isle of Bute just behind and to the left of that.
My apologies for the "Elephant Man" hood on the outboard but what can you do.
There used to be a lovely old clinker built boat here a few years ago but a storm put paid to that.

At the risk of boring everyone here's a couple of panos from the same night.

The first one is a cracking shot. On the light side Have a look to the right of the pond in front of the boat. Can anyone (other than me) see an illusion of a skeletal face? Is it the reflection of the face of "Elephant Man" ? He must have been dead in the boat for some time. Dont get me wrong, Garnock, I am not knocking an excellent pic. but on my "monitor" I can see the illusion.

Really like this one, great composition and that fact its a HDR doesn't not bother me because it has been done properly. As others have said, I like how the boat leads your eye to the setting sun.
