pre school photography

Hi I have been approached by a local pre school to do photos for 50 of their children

I have all the necessary cameras lenses lighting etc... I however have been thrown by how I could provide proofs etc on the day anyone have any info on this?
 
The problem is the time required. Tell them you will have to do the photographs at 2am to deliver proofs on the same day, plus an extra charge for antisocial hours working.
 
I was wondering I their like a special printer I can hire etc?
