Presentation boxes??

Good Morning all,

I am currently working closely with a presentation box manufacturer who I have asked to produce a range of boxes to house photo books as these seem to very hard to come by.
I would love to here who everyone else are using with regards to printing there books
And any ideas of sizes that photographers are regularly using to develop a customizable off the shelf range that will help present are products more effectively.
I am also developing a smaller CD/DVD presentation box and any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. My aim is to offer foil blocked logos of photographer’s artwork for that personal touch as well as a range of colours and textures.

Any ideas?

It's something I struggle to find too. A quick search on the main sites such as bob books, pixum,snapfish, and a google will give you the book dimensions. If you can come up with a quality product at the right price you may have a goo market for them.
