Having done my foundation course in Preston in 1978/9 at the building below it's a shame to see it boarded up. Hopefully the hand-painted sign saying it's to become a community arts centre will come to fruition and revitalise it. Whenever I visit the town city (which is rare as all the shops I used to go to are closed now) it's nostalgic and I find endless things to photograph - mostly urban decay and hopeful development.
