Price check? 350D + Kit lens + Grip + Remote + CF

I've deciced to bite the bullet and upgrade from my 350D.

It's 11 months old (purchased in July last year).

Cameras is in great condition (I always look after my stuff)....Never been dropped or banged.
I'm anal when changing lenses, so it's never needed a sensor clean either

350D, 11 months old, 5300 actuations
18-55 Kit lens
BGE3 Grip (6 months old)
2 batts (1 canon, 1 OEM)
Original Canon Charger, and all stuff that came with the 350, in original box and packaging.
1 RS60E3 remote (OEM, not canon)
I'll include a 256 mb memory card too.



I was thinking of selling for £480. Is this a fair price for both me and any prospective buyer? (Plus postage)

I'm hoping to get as close as possible to being able to buy a 20D (obviously without grip)

Edit : Also have original Jessops receipt for the Camera Kit, and Fotosense receipt for the Battery grip.

Good price, my mate at work has just paid £450 for near enough the same deal, with out the battery grip.
