Price of a Nikon D3s has gone up how much?!?!?

I recently purchased my D3s from Park Cameras and just thought i'd see how the prices were going. Bearing in mind i purchased mine about 2 months ago, it has risen nearly £400.00 on what i paid for mine!!!!

Between deciding to sell my D3 and actually doing it, 2nd hand prices went up a good £100-150. Lowest I've seen 2nd hand ones go for is about £1400 and I managed to get £1800 for mine which was in less than mint condition.

D700's seem to be doing the same on the secondhand market.

Is it due to the troubles in Japan? Some pro lenses are slowly creeping up in price too.
