Prints or what for show?

I am thinking of holding a local show/exhibition at towards the end of the year in order to showcase my work to locals and maybe drum up some work for xmas. Was wondering what people's thoughts were on presenting the photos? Just prints or albums like you would at a wedding fayre? Or more framed or mounted on backdrops?
