Not much wrong with that Glenn.

The only thing|I'd say is he's a bit tight in the frame oerhaps? It's easy to end up cropping a bit tight in an effort to show maximum detail and we all do it, but leaving a bit of room around the bird usually results in a better picture. In this case you could try leaving more room on the right which would work well as it's the direction in which he's looking, and even crop a bit tighter on the left.

Good shot though - well done!
