Problem with photomatix, please help

i recently calibrated my moniter using the spider thats going around the forum.

when i opened a picture up on photoshop the colours were all weird and it prompted me to use a difernt colour profile for the program, which i did.

now when i open a picture in photomatix its all red ( see below picture)

what can i do to make it back to normal.

ive tried unistalling and re-installing but that didnt do anything.

can anyone help??

just done that, and its still the same,

when i open my raw files in it its fine, but when i click tonemapping thats when it all goes wrong

ive tried changing the colour prifile in my display settings and still this hasnt done anything
