Hello,
Not sure if this a software or hardware problem but my daughter has a XZ-1 and uses (used!) the iB software to upload photos from the XZ-1. Just recently the iB sofware doesn't run when the camera usb lead is plugged in to the laptop - the camera icon just flashes and then disappears.
I have run some google queries and other people seem to have just found this problem occurring and I suspect some (windows) update? has caused this and Olympus has not updated its software to match. I have not found any resolution in these searches!
Has anybody else had problems with iB software since August?
