I am having problems printing, can anyone offer advice please?
The printer is a HP Photosmart C5280. I am using 260gram 6x4" gloss.
I add paper to the tray and it won't accept it. Error message reads "Load glossy side of photo paper face down in photo tray". Which is what I have done. I have also configured my computer to the correct paper!
I have tried turning the paper the other way up, and hey presto straight away it prints, but onto the wrong side!
Am I being totally thick??
