PS and LR presets/actions

I've upgraded to Win7 from Vista but in my haste I've neglected to make sure that I'll be able to get my Lightroom presets and Photoshop actions "on the other side". However, during the upgrade it said that it would copy my old C: into a folder called Windows.old, and right enough it's there.

So where should I be able to find these presets and actions? Can I import them into my new installs, and how? :)

I don't know how to do this on Windows, but on OS X it is just a case of navigating to the folder where they are on your HD, then copying them to the same location within your new install.
