Question for D3 owners - New Folder at Startup

Anyone know if it's possible to create a new Folder at Startup on a D3? I can't find anything in the manual but I'm sure I've done it a couple of times accidentally. You can do it on the D2 series by holding down the ? button as you switch on.

The "accidental" creations may have been due to the file-numbers rolling over.

I suppose that is possible. Ah well - I don't suppose they'll do it now - I doubt there will be any more firmware updates for the 'old' D3.
