Are they relatively accurate?

Also, is there an Ipod Touch app for tides in and around the Norfolk coast?

Will be out a lot more next year landscaping

You could try this but its not on the ipod/phone (unless you have web access)

I use easytide for my marine stuff, going fishing and kayaking - it is pretty good. Bear in mind that actual tidal heights are affected by barometric pressure out at sea, wind direction and strength too. In estuaries, the rain inalnd will also impact on the tidal height - it can back up at high water and create much higher high water. Likewise, low water might not get as low as predicted. Tide tables merely give a timing and a calculated height on stellar positioning, they cannot take into account meteorological phenomena.
