Rangefinder viewfinder fungus

Just received a yashica 35. There was no mention of anything being wrong with the viewfinder and I just noticed this. You can’t see anything when you look through it but if it is fungus it will only get worse.
Just want to double check that it definitely is fungus before I contact the seller IMG_5277.jpeg
 
Have you checked the lens (including the intermediate one/s)?

If it is fungus, and it looks like it, I wouldn't want it near other cameras!

Lens looks fine to me. Aside from a stiff focus ring it’s in really good condition. Barely a mark on it
