Rechargeable batteries for flashguns

This has been covered a lot in here, I've tried eneloops, ikea, Panasonic, amazon, powerowl and the power owl are very good and reasonably priced, last as long as the eneloops in my twin flash.

The Ikea Ladda 2450 AAs are by all accounts made in the same Fujitsu factory in Japan as Eneloop Pro, and have essentially identical performance:

IKEA Ladda out-performed Panasonic & Powerowl in my trailcam.

Eneloop Pro every time - with a Nitecore charger.

I've tried copies that are 'allegedly' the same and they've failed. For the sake of a couple of quid you may save, it's just not worth skimping IMO.

The cheapest Eneloop Pros I can find are more than double the price of these Ikea batteries. Personally, I'd buy any low self-discharge rechargeables of similar capacity with a 'made in Japan' label. There is apparently only one factory in the country that makes these things. Panasonic bought the brand, but not the production line. Most of mine are Fujitsu-branded (the company that owns the factory).

Eneloop had mine five years still brilliant Paul best I have ever had

I read somewhere that Ikea rechargeables are rebranded eneloops, I have some and so far so good
