Recomended repair

So unfortunately my 50mm recently suffered a tiny bump 10cm maybe but landed on the front of the lens and now it won't adjust the focus (I can move the manual focus but nothing happens. I was wondering if people could recomend anywhere to get it repaired? I'm in London if that makes a difference?

If it is a Canon or a Nikon, you could try Fixation UK as they are repairers for both brands:

They are on Kennington Lane in London. I don't know whether or not they repair other makes of camera equipment, but they're worth contacting.
