Have a look at Think Tank, they have a few bags that could carry that amount of gear. Their largest bag in their airport series may be worth looking at.
That is a lot of weight, maybe a roller bag would be another idea.

I have a Peli at the moment,but i sometimes have quite a distance to walk to the football matches and don't like the gear getting shaken that much over the rough ground .Already had the 70 -200 in for repair and Canon reckon it could have been the cause.

When you say distance is it up hill and down dale like for landscapes or from train station to stadium?

That's understandable, I was thinking how much it would all add up to. What kind of weight would you be talking about? I had 15kg of kit in a f stop back pack last year for a few days away, mostly flat walking but you know you are carrying it.
The thinktank airport bags are well designed and their website has photos of the bags filled with kit (and contents listed too) so you don't have to guess if it fits. Also their larger bags are designed to store two cameras with lenses attached too.

I have the largest of the Vertex range (I use indoors to keep most of my kit in) and that would struggle with all that kit. The 400 f2.8 is the killer, as it's not just long, the front end is so wide too. I can just about get my 7D2+150-600 and a another body with either my 300 f4 or 70-200 f2.8 in my Lowpro Flipside 200 Sport, which I think is now discontinued. The 500 Flipside could work. I moved the internals about so I could just get the kits in, but I think you'd struggle for the laptop...

Here's some of my rambling thoughts:
I would definitely recommend F-Stop for a backpack, I've had one of their Loka's for a few years now and it's been amazing. I just put an order in for an F-Stop Sukha and some ICUs as they have 1/3 off their ICUs at the moment (when purchased with a bag).
The Sukha with a Tele Master ICU has a 8.25" depth so a 7.7" hood should fit in comfortably. I'm aiming to get a 500 F4 II, 70-200 2.8 II, 24-70, 15" MBP & a couple of bodies in it.
However as already stated with the 400 2.8 that sounds like a fairly serious amount of weight and therefore a roller bag/case might end up being the lesser of the evils still. Maybe look at Peli's Mobility series (if that's not what you are already using)? The chunkier wheels might offer a bit more isolation (bit of a shot in the dark that one)?
You could also look at different inserts for the Peli, Trekpak offer quite a neat solution http://trekpak.com/ (expensive, but eh, so is the gear).

I have a Crumpler "Brian's Hot Tub" backpack than can take that sort of load, if you set up the partioning properly; but I reckon that, full up, I really wouldn't want to carry it more than half a kilometer.
