Any one recommend a decent video tripod..?

I shoot mainly mountain biking which means climbing up a hill so not after a huge super sturdy one.

Budget is about £2-250, maybe a little more.

I have been considering the Manfrotto Video Tripod Kit which comes with 547B Tripod and 710HDV Video Head. Any one use this before and can comment on it..?

Thanks,

Tyler

I'd suggest the 701HDV755 . the tripod (with a levelling bowl) is based on an 055 so doesn't need a spreader as each leg can be adjusted and locked indivdually which for shooting on rough terrain is an advantage.

You could aslo use the head on a slider in due course

I have the carbon version and am very pleased.
