Red Kites!

Visited Carmarthen this Half Term, stayed at the Barn Owl Cottage just outside of Carmarthen, right up on the hills!

(The car did struggle up those.. 1st gear all the way!)
But, it's all worth it.. as your as high as the soaring Red Kites and Buzzards.
So here's a couple of Red Kites photo's

Lovely shots, i'd love to capture something like these, amazing birds.
I wondered if this is anywhere near St Cleers as my mum had family living nr there and i went there about 20yrs ago.

and these are wild..but. baited.. at a local farm.

(Not to be confused with the Red Kite Feeding station which charges.. More like the local farmer down the lane who had a sheep died recently.. and invited me down to watch the red kites feast up on it)
