The Redsnapper RS-324 CF tripod is a much more stable set of legs than the one I had before (Manfrotto 190ProB) though I have only used it a couple of times so far, and only with 3 of the 4 legs sections down.
It is surprisingly lighter than you would expect before you picked it up.
It came with a strap hooked to the top and a loop which binds the foot of the legs together for carrying on your shoulder. It also came with a zip up carry bag again with a shoulder strap. The bag is big enough to include the head too.
The only downside is the centre column isn't removable for off-centre camera mounting, well at least I can't so far see how that is/could be done.
I could have got away with the 283 CF tripod with a load spec of 8Kg however I went for RS-324C 12kg just to overcompensate for high wind etc.
Can't say much more other than I'm happy with what I bought.
