redsnapper monopod, any good?

dads after a monopod for xmas at the moment im looking at:

Redsnapper RSM-284 Monopod and RSH Mini Ball for £29

but being a manfrotto man i have no experience with RS stuff, anyone have the above and rate it well?

for the record if anyone searches for this..

order the pod and head in the end, turned up today.. spot on. if anyones debating the quality of this stuff the head appears to be identical to my manfrotto 486RC2.

I agree, great value for money. It took me ten minutes to figure out how to attach the mini ball head the right way up!

same issue with the head..... (Doh moment)

Love the quality

Love the size (I am 6 2 and it covers my height well so I don't have to stoop)
