redsnapper panning head question

Could an owner of the redsnapper RSH-528 3 way panning head, please tell me if the quick release plate is replacable with another make of quick release platform? IE, does it unscrew from the head? If it is not replacable I'll just order the redsnapper legs and get a manfrotto head to go with them as
I've got a manfrotto 323 on the ball head on my monopod and don't want to mess about with two different QR plates,
