Redsnapper tripods and ebay ball heads.

Need to get myself a tripod and I've been looking at the Redsnappers. I'll probably get the 283 or 284 and they have a combo deal at the moment for getting the 3 way head for £ 59.00. I must admit I'd prefer a ball head but there's is sixty squid: http://www.redsnapperuk.com/camera-accessories/RSH-12_Ball_head.html —
and I've seen this one here — http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/270826315567?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 — on the bay that looks very similar at £ 20.00. Just wondering, A) Will it fit? B) How much difference can there be between the two?

From experience the red snapper tripod and ball head are superb, as good as if not better than most of the "recognised" brands, the ball head particularly is a superb piece of engineering. As for the 3 way head that comes with the combo deal and i had nothing but problems but then that was with a 50d with a 70-200 mounted on it, it just wasnt man enough to support the weight without any movement, personally i would splash out on the red snapper tripod and ball head combo for £109.
