Just wanna say a huge thanks to Joe at Redsnapper for brilliant service. I ordered a tripod & head which was slightly delayed by the idiots at citylink which Joe promptly sorted. I am very impressed by the response I received from Joe regarding my 10% discount and being able to contact him regarding citylink and him sorting it out very promptly and giving me feedback about it. I have ordered a lot of items from the internet but have never had such amazing customer service that I had received from Joe.
