Remote Switch For a 30D???

Does anybody know if I can get a convertor so I can use a remote switch from my EOS 300 (its an RS60-E3) on a Canon 30D?

Failing that, does anybody know of a source of reasonably priced remote switches for the 30D?

I recall somebody mentioning that they bought one from Ebay, but looking whats available, I would prefer a recommendation...Ideally I'd prefer to buy from a UK source even if its a little more expensive...

You want something like this if you dont want to pay Canon prices here

Cant promote the trader though as I have never used them, also HK I would trust more than China (TBH)

Heres another one from the UK

The Adidt switches are supposed to be comparable to Canon for quality though.
 
Pete - not sure if you can convert the RS-60E3, but you can get a RS-80N3 from WE for £39.99.... not much help I'm afraid, but an option

I can't say I am mad on the idea of Ebay, but for just under a £10 with P&P its worth a try...

I got mine for my 350 from a seller in Germany...Forget the chap, but I'd recognise the name if I saw it.

That was a 'compatible' for about 7 quid IIRC.

not arrived yet, when it does i'll let you know what its like.
