Removing bars in Photoshop

Often it is possible to photograph animals in cages through the bars etc.

However sometimes a greyish outline of a bar shows on the animal

Can anyone advise the best method of touching this up in Photoshop to disguise as much as possible - this is not for professional or selling work

After looking at this image the only option I can suggest is mirror of the left side to right.
You add in small variations to make less oblivious of edit process to the right side of the image

In Photoshop make a selection around the lefthand side of the owls face and then from the menus at the top of the window go to IMAGE > ADJUSTMENTS > COLOR BALANCE and then adjust the siders as required. .
