Replacement Battery - Which Make ?

Hi

I'm after some advice for my father-in-law. He has a Minolta 5D and would like a replacement (additional) battery. As Minolta no longer produce these, he is looking at an aftermarket battery. The question is which make :shrug:

Has anyone had good use from an aftermarket battery for their DSLR and what make / from where, as slightly apprehensive about buying an unknown brand.

Thanks, just had a quick look on the site - seems very reasonably priced and delivered free

Out of interest, did you buy the "energizer" or the "non oem" battery :shrug:

Non OEM. It's a slightly lighter grey colour than the Nikon "pukka" version and with no branding whatsoever.

Does the job though.
