What a contrast, last week at Dux i got burnt, today at RIAT i think i got pneumonia. Quite a few good displays though, with my boys FRECCE TRICOLORE showing the crowds that Italians really do it better
Will post more later but here are a few for now.

Now excuse the quality of this, but i love the smoke patterns.

Lovely vorticees on the last one, I'm guessing thats a very heavy crop ?

Hi Dino
the 1st one is OOF mate... its good panning at a slow shutter speed, but you must keep the object in sharp focus

shot 2 & 3 are lovely - uncluttered background and well framed and mostly nice and sharp

the F16 smoke picture is again OOF
the last one is nice but not one I would be printing

lets just hope the weather improves for the rest of the show

Ha Ha, just looked at the quality of them.
That'll teach me not to wait til the next morning to look at them.

Thanks, will never be printed. Being part Italian, i took the picture to use as wallpaper on my pc.

Well I know zipperty do dah about planes & the photography of them.
All I can say is that the last two have it for me, just from an artistic point of view.
Love those smoke patterns, never seen that before!
