I like the crop, and the picture, but I think the very blue sky takes my attention away from the bottom half of the image a little too much. Just my opinion of course.

But a very valid one!
Everyones opinion counts. The sky is a little too blue, but didn't want to tone it down.

Every time I try to photograph this viaduct, it's usually raining or cloudy, so I'm a bit jealous . Just a suggestion if you could get lower so that the viaduct is against the blue sky with some sky showing through the arches it may have more impact.
