This week I have failed 
I managed to pinch a disc in my back mid week and have been stuck at home in agony since, so unfortunately couldn't get out or move about too much to take this weeks theme.
Instead I have gone for a shot I took on a recent trip off roading with some mates.
C&C welcome, this is straight from the camera with just a small amount of lightening on the shadows.
