Rising Up [flower macro]

Very interested to hear your thoughts on this one.

The idea was to try and make it work on two levels; both as an abstract flower macro for those people that won't recognise the subject matter and also as an artistic representation of the flower itself for those who will recognise it.

Does it work for you?
