River Esk at Sleights nr Whitby ..

The Wier on the River Esk at Sleights near Whitby today ... lovely part of the world ..

The sun was low and bright and causing some slight problems with flare .. couldn't use the lens hoods as i was using Cokin P filters ...

The long(ish) exposures have certainly helped these images. #1 being the best but I feel like the composition of all 3 could be improved by having a clear subject on a third somewhere.

You did well considering the tricky light!

Compositions could be better but it's not always easy finding a good one in river settings like that.
First one could use a little more contrast and the last one needs rotating a bit clockwise. The flare in the second one lifts the picture a bit - more might even have been better.
