Composition is good, probably stand a sharpen (always a good idea after resizing for the web), a good first attempt.

I'm no expert but I think some can be done in the camera,if not try photo editing software for the pc.

You need a photo editing program, Photoshop Elements is a useful one that will not cost an arm and a leg.
