#2 looks better. Pick an exposure for one element and leave the rest to the gods, otherwise you can get a weak compromise like in #1 with washy shadows and blown highlights.

First one has a bit of vintage feel to it, maybe second one has correct exposure but I personally like first one.
I do like the shot too I don't know but when I looked at it, it gave me a good feeling
