Taken from window upstairs as three of them wandered through the planting just below house, taken at about 40 yards, just a pity about all the branches and long grass in the way, I will need to trim a few bits ;) This is the few shots I've managed in ages, what with wife being ill and needing nursed and no light it's been a pretty boring time of late.

What a lovely thing to happen right in front of you. Really like this photo as i have been trying to get a wild deer for an age. Well caught.

You cant help the foliage Mike... its a lovely shot of the deer in its natural environment.

And look at that dainty little hoof... aww

that is one great shot. In this case the branches dont harm the superb image.

Glad you all like the shot, not the first time I've seen them out back but the first shot I've gotten of them. I will be doing some pruning and tidying up shortly, will probably remove a few of those tubes too ;), my other plan is to feed them and get out in the hide for closer/better shots.

A nice catch only spoilt by the plastic tree protectors. You done great with what you had though ;)
