Rotate a video in Lightroom 4

I'm completely new to video editing and took my first videos on my Sony RX100 over Christmas.
They were all taken in portrait mode and when I'm playing them back using Lightroom 4 they are showing in landscape mode so they all need to be rotated clockwise but these options are greyed out.
Any ideas please.

What machine mac or PC ? Easy with mac there are loads of free program's to do this, PC well anyone's guess.

Premiere pro does this, or imovie can do it.
 
PC I afraid......cannot it be done in the Lightroom programme??
Also have CS6 if that may be better

I inadvertantly shot some video from a train window in portrait mode, rotated it fine in MoviePlus X5, just had to crop to choose the top middle bottom part so I had the bit I wanted.

Thanks Harvey, thats what I finally used. Also found out that Cs6 does it as well.
