Rubbish picture but pleased with the capture- Drake Smew

Used the long end of my 70-300 just to get this close to this fast moving Drake Smew. They can travel quite a distance under water. This one popped up about 75 yards from where I first saw it. About ten seconds later and it was gone again. Approx. 390 individuals in the UK.
No critique needed, I know its rubbish

It'll do as a nice record shot, lovely bird the drake Smew... was at Carsington water recently for the female but alas no luck.

I don't know how many of these come to Scotland but other spotters seemed to be quite excited about it.
