Afraid this is a Common Darter (Sympetrum striolatum) not a Ruddy (S. sanguineum). The Ruddy has all black legs without the pale streaks running along them (very clear on the front leg at least in your piccie) and lacks those large pale markings on the sides of the thorax (in the male).
