Runway 27

Finally got round to processing some shots from RIAT, these are taken from Runway 27 on the Thursday, Friday and Sunday morning. It's a great location for getting a different perspective of the aircraft flying in.

I like your shots...especially the last one. They seem incredibly sharp if they have what post processing have they had done or is this just straight off the camera?

Hi jimmy, they're all pretty much out of camera, although they have been cropped to a slight degree and the exposure has been altered to bring out the detail, but not a lot of time was spent during the post processing.

What camera/lens were you using? Like the sharpness alot and considering they were moving you must be good at tracking!

For the majority of shots I was using Canon 1dMk3 with 300mm F4, and for the wide angle shots a 5D with a 24-105mm.
