Just a quick heads up for anyone that uses Sandisk USB flash drives to transport or move files around via. I have just tried using my 8gb version and it says write protected, after much messing and googling it has become apparent that this is a common problem of the devices suddenly becoming write only and there being no solution apart from sending back to sandisk. Whilst you are able to copy files from the device you are unable to write to them. sandisk have no solution, therefore have a back up if you rely on sandisk !
Sandisk are renowned for there quality of memory within this forum so this did surprise me.
