Sandsisk sdhc cards

If I put a freshly formatted 8Gb Sandisk SDHC Extreme Class 10 card into my camera and it tells me there is room for 366 photos in Raw + Jpeg quality setting then will having the same brand class 10 sdhc cards totalling 40gb give me a total of 3660 photos ? give or take a few for the amount of space the camera reserves for itself.

Each card will give you around 366 images using the setting you have. 5 cards will give you 5 x 366=1830 images

You do normally find that the number isn't exact as the Jpeg size at least isn't a fixed size depending on your subject. I have files ranging from 3.5Mb to 9.5Mb from the same camera on the same day with the small file having lots of sky and the large one having lots of details. You might find you get over 400 on one card and under 300 on another. Just make sure you have plenty of card space.
