Has anyone here used a scope with there camera for birding? if so how were the results? and what equipment did you use?

Sorry bout all the questions

I've had a go at digiscoping but gave it up as a bad cause, but having said that there are many birders doing it with some degree of sucess. My equipment was a Zeiss scope and a Canon A95 camera, the only trouble was that I wasn't going to pay for a Zeiss adapter at about £200 so I made do with the top of a toothpaste dispensor. There are many makes of scopes around most requiring different type of adapter for different cameras. From what I've seen others use, a lot of them are using cameras with internal zoom. These use an adapter or just hold it to the eyepiece of the scope. I've also seen one or two using an SLR camera.
Best thing I would advise is to do a search for Digiscoping. Hope this helps you out a bit.
