SDHC card speed

This is probably a stupid question, but here goes.....
How much actual difference would you see in reality, using a Sandisk class 10 95 MB/s card compared to a Sandisk class 10 45 MB/s card in my Olympus OM-D please?

Just to clarify, I do understand the different classes and read/write speeds, but I can't seem to find anywhere that explains the real affect this has when actually taking photographs, and which speed is sufficient for which needs.
A 16GB Sandisk 45 MB/s is around the £12 mark, whereas a 95 MB/s is around £30. A large price difference if I find I don't benefit from it.
Anyone any thoughts please?

Unfortunately I had thought that this would be the case, but for the sake of my wallet, was very much hoping it wouldn't be!! ;)
I have always used SanDisk and never had a problem so have stuck to that make - maybe it is time to look elsewhere and go cheaper??

I got a Lexar 16gb 600x with my OM-D as the Sandisk was temporarily out of stock and I was to impatient to wait, it's been great and hasn't let me down at all and I've been recommended one of these by another OM-D user, Sony 16gb 94 MB/s which I recently ordered.
