Selens White Backdrops

I've just received one of the Selens white vinyl photography backdrops but I'm having a problems trying to unroll it. It just wants to stay in a tight roll. Is there anything I can do to the roll that might help it stay a little flatter or easier to use please?

Just roll it the reverse way, that usually does the trick.
