Had a quick play with myself today while the wife was out.:naughty:
Just how wierd does it feel taking a photo of yourself, i felt like a naughty boy.

looks like your head is floating and i think it would look better centralised horizontally

I didnt want it dead center, i actually cropped it this way.

i agree about the floating head but realise that you had a dark top on by the looks anyway..

maybe a closer crop to the chin to hide this :shrug:

other than that ... nice dof and love the stare (y) well done from me mate

Nice SP. I really like the lighting in this.

I am finding your OOF chin slightly distracting whilst your eyes are very sharp - however I suspect this is the effect you were trying to get?

Gwocni - I tried a crop of just the eyes, but its hard to know where to stop, it always seems like there is too much nose in the shot, or not enough, if you know what i mean.

The eye contact is quite arresting. If it were my picture, I might be tempted to crop a little more from the RHS to make it a little more unbalanced (perhaps to make it look intentional) and to burn the stubble a little bit (that's in PhotoShop by the way, not an obscure farming reference).
