Sensor Cleaning Sony Alpha 350

Hi Guys...

im pretty new to dslr's.

How would i go about cleaning the sensor on my dslr without damaging it..

im really heavy handed and clumsy (not the best attributes of a world class photographer i know) but any help would be greatful..

andy....there's a section on cleaning your sensor in the manual,i believe.....

i follow the instructions and use a rocket blower to remove any dust from the sensor.
