Whats the view does there appear to be less SEO's showing this winter than last ?

Reason I ask is that my favourite site where we had up to 3 or 4 pairs appears to have none this year.
Is it the wet summer or westerlys stopping them getting across the north sea ?

Last year was an exceptional year for SEOs with record numbers being recorded arriving in off the sea in October. There were definitely less this autumn so it would make sense that there will be less over wintering.

Still a few round my way, but not as many as last year. Posibbly less migrants, as many noted coming in off the sea last year, also food fluctuations may be a reason.
